Ingredients
Shunthi, Marich, Pippali, Haritaki, Bibhitaki, Amlaki, Vidang, Chitrak, Mustak – each1 part and Lauh Bhasma – each 9 part.
Dosage
125 mg to be taken in the morning and evening with ghee & honey
